As noted in the Technology News Letter, all students emails will change to @nilesk12.org as of June 1st, 2015.  Only your Email and Google Drive files will be transferred to your new accounts. If you want to keep your books, contacts, calendar events, youtube videos you uploaded, or any other Google service...please follow the steps in this presentation.

Get Ready for Summer



As the end of the school year fast approaches, it is time once again to have a maintenance check on your Chromebook or netbook.  While the Chromebooks auto update, it is good practice to come by the Student Help Desk and have them help tweak your settings to optimize performance.  


Juniors and Seniors, we haven’t forgotten about you.  We can still update your device and make sure it is working properly for next year and if you are taking it to college.  We have lots of spare parts for each unit, thus allowing many free repairs.  Don’t let a broken netbook sit in your locker, bring it in and we can fix it.

Keeping your Chromebook in good working condition is not only important for school and home, but will be needed during PARCC testing.  Your Chromebook will be the only device allowed to be used for this exam.   It is highly recommended buying insurance now to be covered throughout the summer and the following school year.   The cost of coverage for the year is equal to one sit down meal with you and your family at any fast food restaurant.   Invest now, and digest the savings later.
