Log a WiFi Support Ticket



Last month we updated you on the WiFi changes that took place over the summer.


Each grade level has their own wireless network. Students use their credentials to log in.

Faculty and Staff also have their own wireless network and must connect using the same login and password as their Active Directory account.

If there is ever any connectivity issue, please log a support ticket on the District 219 Wireless Technician's website, providing as many specifics as possible: location, period, how many users affected, network, etc.
